1. Shipping Times
All products will ship within 2-3 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.
2. Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
3. Warranties
All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties. Warranty information can be found in our catalog or can be obtained by emailing CustomerService@Crazy4Cooking.com . ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
4. Returning Merchandise
Crazy4Cooking.com should be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
· Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
· Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA. All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting CustomerService@Crazy4Cooking.com . Crazy4Cooking.com.com is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.
5. Exchanging Merchandise
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago. (you must exchange with the manufacturer after 10 days)
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
Exchanges cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continent
All exchanges must be preauthorized. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting returns@Crazy4Cooking.com.com ental USA. All postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Order Cancellations
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

7. Is placing an order using my credit card safe and confidential?
YES! Safe and Confidential using SSL! During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with Crazy4Cooking computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and our system can understand. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

9. Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Texas. All orders outside of the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax. Texas sales tax is 8%. If you are a resident of Texas and have a resale certificate you will not need to pay taxes on your purchases.
10. How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
Shipping is based on both destination and total package weight so it is nearly impossible to calculate exact shipping before knowing what you would like to order and where it is being shipped. To see shipping charges you may add merchandise to your shopping cart from our website, type in an address (your own will work) and see the charges. You will not need to submit your order to view the shipping charges of various carriers.
11. How long does shipping take?
We usually ship orders within 1 business day. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is also usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00. Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas We offer many different types of shipping. Choosing a faster shipping method will cut shipping time but it may still take up to 2 business days for us to mail the package. Choosing a faster shipping method is just what it means, faster shipping by the freight carrier, not faster processing in our warehouse. We will be offering rush warehouse processing in the future.
12. Do you ship orders to military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all military addresses. Please be sure to select USPS Priority Mail for any package that is being delivered to military addresses. We cannot ship to military addresses by UPS.
